Baha Jassemnejad, Ph.D., is a multidisciplinary leader with more than three decades of experience spanning academic administration, government contracting, and advanced scientific research. His career bridges the worlds of engineering education, mission-critical national infrastructure, and cutting-edge physics research—bringing a uniquely holistic perspective to every organization he serves.As Founder and Principal Consultant at KSB TECH LLC, Baha provides specialized guidance in technology integration, academic program excellence, accreditation readiness, and strategic planning. His work empowers universities, government contractors, and industry partners to modernize systems, enhance quality, and align innovation efforts with rapidly evolving technological landscapes.Previously, Baha served for over 21 years as Senior Technical Manager for the Federal Aviation Administration’s National Airspace System (NAS) engineering team, where he led a high-performing group of nearly 50 engineers responsible for voice switching, air-ground communications, and interfacility telecommunications. Throughout his tenure, he championed technical rigor, continuous improvement, and mentorship.Baha also spent more than 25 years at the University of Central Oklahoma, where he directed multiple engineering and science departments, established ABET-accredited programs, built interdisciplinary research partnerships, and cultivated the next generation of engineering leaders.His scientific background includes research with NASA Glenn Research Center in quantum optics, entanglement, and optical trapping technologies—a foundation that continues to inform his systems-level approach to engineering and innovation.Respected for his leadership, integrity, and long-standing commitment to professional development, Baha brings unmatched depth and breadth to every engagement.
